Tania developed her expertise in secretarial and accounts management working in the personnel and accounts departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New Zealand.
She has been working with Dean Smith and Will Caradoc-Hodgkins since 1995 and has been an instrumental force within Smith Caradoc-Hodgkins Architects since its formation. She is now Practice Manager and heads both the administrative and the accounts team.
Her systematic and thorough approach has become invaluable to the efficiency and professionalism of the firm.
